my biggest concern its the toy bar it easily comes off, and its very heavy. i contacted the company but they were no help.....unhappy buyer

I don't have time to write reviews these days with a preschooler at home and a 3 month old baby, but I hated this bouncy seat so much I felt I had to write one. My first inclination that this was a poorly made seat was that the model in the store was broken. Unfortunately I overlooked that red flag because I thought Baby Einstein was such a trusted brand that it must be a fluke, and the model must have been poorly handled by customers or employees. Apparently that was not the case, as 2.5 months into using it, the toy bar doesn't fit properly into the holes anymore, and pieces of it have broken off, to the point where it is completely unusable. That was the problem with the store model as well. I always disliked the fact that the toy bar came off so easily and never was securely fastened into the sides...that was not even an option on this seat, which I think is a terrible idea.
