The Cozy Cover protects your baby from drafts in the house or keeps him, or her, warm on a breezy day in the park. It quickly attaches to any BABYBJÖRN Babysitter model and stays securely in place, even with your baby's movement. You can also use the Cozy Cover after your baby's bath--reinforced with a water-repellent seat, the Babysitter stays dry when your baby is wet.
Made of Soft, Breathable Fabric
The breathable, terry-cloth fabric of the Cozy Cover feels soft and soothing next to your baby's skin, and its ample size allows the baby to be tucked in snugly. The ultra-soft, 100% cotton material is machine washable, and easy to remove from the Babysitter Balance when it's time to throw it in the wash.

It covers the chair, and I've taken a bath with my daughter before, and even used it in the chair to cover her when she gets out. But it's not a NECESSARY product by any means, and the price that Baby Bjorn wants for it is patently absurd. And, for the price, frankly, it isn't the thickest, plushest terry that you might expect. It cost A LOT and I never used it once. Very thin terry material and it just never made sense to wrap either of my babies in it while they were in the Babysitter. If you look at the packaging in more detail, it seems that it was really intended for the bathroom -- but who leaves their kid (without diaper?!) wrapped in a towel/blanket, sitting in the Babysitter after a bath for any real amount of time? If you are interested in this product because you want to make sure that you will have some way of bundling your baby up safely when needed, don't worry, you can do so without this product. Sorry Baby Bjorn -- wanted to like/love this, but had no use for it. |
