i bought this item as a gift and ended up returning it...although very cute and portable...not suitable for infants...and older babies won't sit in it so i would not recommend this....does not fold down very far...i believe my friend got the inglesina one.

i registered for this item purely based on its good looks and cool colors. i am a first time mom, and didnt really think practically. a newborn cannot use this - they are just too small. maybe when my baby is older and bigger it might come in handy, but i am not sure how as it takes alot of effort on my part to make the thing bounce. also, the button hookups dont seem secure, moreover its very hard to fit the button into the holes. honestly the best thing that works for my baby is for me to hold her and bounce up and down on a balance ball. maybe some of the normal looking bouncers actually bounce better.
