A Hop to it Necessity for New Parents!,

This review is from: Fisher-Price Hoppy Days Bouncer (Baby Product)
With a month old child in the house, I can tell you with certainty what items from my registry were worthwhile and which aren't used much, or aren't used yet. This bouncer is among the most used items we own for our son. This lightweight, easy to put together bouncer with an option for vibration and dangling toys is something I'd likely get for any mom-to-be. Especially one living in a small apartment with limited space.
The bouncer is a soft green color, with machine washable covering (important!). It's a nice neutral fit for the non-gender specific shower. The entire thing is easily put together out of the box, even for this all-thumbs parent. Once put together, it is sturdy, but lightweight enough to be easily carried from room to room or lifted up and transported. While the wider base can be a bit tricky to navigate at times, it's much smaller than a baby swing and fits an apartment lifestyle where space is at a premium. Good Bouncer,

This review is from: Fisher-Price Hoppy Days Bouncer (Baby Product)
The Fisher-Price Hoppy Days Bouncer is a good bouncer for the price. We have had this bouncer for nearly 6 months and it has held up well. Below is a list of what I like/dislike about the bouncer.
Pros:
1. Affordable
2. Easy to clean (cover is machine washable)
3. Portable & lightweight (easy to take from room to room)
4. Nice motion (vibration or rocking with your foot)
Cons:
1. The toy bar is just okay (the song the frog plays gets annoying and the other toys don't do anything).
2. I wish the hard plastic at the base of the seat was at the side or covered with more padding (my son's feet hit the plastic when he bounces himself).

Vibrations too strong,
October 16, 2008 W. Mills - See all my reviews

I love everything about this bouncy, except the strong vibrations. I have a newborn and bought this bouncy as an extra for the upstairs. I turned on the vibration mode, and you could see the head support pillow vibrating away. I put my baby in the seat to see how it worked and it was vibrating so much, his head was vibrating too. Will be taking it back to exchange for a differnt product. I also own the Fisher-Price Dog Days bouncy and love it, no problem with the vibrations on that one.
