The chair itself is fantastic, you can set it to any position you want, the vibration is smooth (and silent) enough for a newborn and the toys are cute. Our baby loves it. The only issue we see is the locking mechanism for the recline system, as it snaps into place very strong and we've hurt our hands on it a couple of times. Great chair!
